Welcome to wautomate.online (the “Platform”), operated by Story Advantage (PTY/LTD) T/A MarketBoxTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
1. End User Warranties
You confirm, warrant, and represent that you:
1.1. Represent a legitimate business; are of legal age; have the capacity to enter into this agreement; and are not located in a country subject to a South African government embargo or sanctions.
1.2. Will use the Platform only for legitimate commercial purposes, avoiding personal use, political agendas, illegal activities, or any actions violating applicable laws.
1.3. Will comply with the policies and terms of any third-party SaaS tools or integrations accessed through the Platform.
2. Grant of License
Story Advantage (PTY/LTD) T/A MarketBoxTech grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform upon purchasing a subscription plan. This license is for your commercial use and cannot be sublicensed, resold, or transferred.
3. Subscription and Refund Policy
3.1. Subscriptions: Prices and details of subscription plans are available at https://wautomate.online. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
3.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
3.3. Refunds: No refunds will be issued unless access to the software has been unavailable for more than 7 days due to our negligence. You must provide verifiable proof of this issue.
3.4. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform for illegal activities or harm.
Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the platform’s code or features.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform.
Consequences: Violations may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
5.1. You own all data and media content uploaded to the platform (“End User Data”).
5.2. We process End User Data solely to provide services, in compliance with GDPR, POPIA, and other applicable laws.
5.3. Story Advantage will delete all End User Data upon termination of your subscription, except aggregated anonymized data used for platform improvement.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Story Advantage (PTY/LTD) T/A MarketBoxTech from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your misuse of the platform.
Violations of these Terms.
End User Data that infringes on third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa.
